Fred Maynard 

Timeline

• On 4 July 1879                        He was born.
• 1884                                        His mother died and he and his sister were raised with strict                                                          discipline.
• 1914                                        He became a wharf labourer and active member of the waterside                                                  workers.
• In the early 1920s                   He made public protest against the attack on Aborigine's right.
• Early in 1925                          He and other helping Aboriginal families headed to rescue their                                                   own children.   
• 1925                                        He lunched the Australian Aboriginal Progressive Association.
• On 14 June 1928                    He married with Methodist forms Minnie Critchley. 
• 1930s                                      He had injury on the dock and it was difficult for him to work. 
• On 9 September 1946            He was died by diabetes mellitus.
